Do you take insurance?
New Step Psychiatry does not accept health insurance or Medicaid. We believe that third-party payers can undermine the clarity and privacy crucial to a therapeutic relationship. We maintain that insurance companies should not control your healthcare choices, and therefore, we do not let them dictate terms. Patients may choose to submit their bills for potential reimbursement at out-of-network rates if their insurance policy allows.
What are your rates?
Our rates differ based on the provider and type of service. Please refer to our booking calendar for detailed pricing.
What type of payments do you take?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
What's your Cancellation Policy?
Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot attend. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the full deposit amount
